Anti-Spam Policy

We only email people who asked to hear from us, and one click stops it. We have never bought, rented, or scraped an email address, and we do not sell or rent yours.
How we got your address
Every address on our list was given to us directly by the person who owns it, by joining our community, becoming a member, or requesting a specific free resource. We do not purchase email lists, rent them, harvest addresses from websites or social media, or add people because they interacted with us somewhere else.
If you are receiving email from us and cannot think of a moment you gave us your address, tell us and we will show you when and how it was added, or remove it. Both are fine outcomes.
What we send
Educational and promotional email. Wellness education, protocol material, community news, and occasionally information about our own paid membership or our herbal products at Restored By Life. You can stop these at any time.
Transactional email. Sign-in links, billing receipts, membership changes, replies to your own support messages, and notices about material changes to our policies. These are part of the service you hold an account for. They continue after you unsubscribe from promotional email, because switching them off would mean not telling you when you have been charged. If you want these to stop, close your account.
Unsubscribing
Every promotional email we send carries a working unsubscribe link. One click, no login, no survey, and no offer to reduce the frequency instead. Most removals are processed automatically and take effect immediately, and in every case we honour a request within ten business days, which is the maximum the law allows.
You can also email support@standingonwellness.com with the word unsubscribe and we will do it manually and confirm.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or lend our email list to anyone. We do not use deceptive subject lines or falsified sender information. We do not disguise promotional email as a personal message or a system notification. We do not email anyone who has unsubscribed in the hope they changed their mind. We do not add people back to the list after they leave.

Reporting a problem
If you receive email that claims to come from us and looks wrong, or you believe someone added your address without your permission, forward it to support@standingonwellness.com. We will investigate and reply.
Our name and domain can be forged by people we have no connection to, which is true of every sender. Forwarding a suspicious message helps us and costs you nothing.
